On August 20,ViceSecretary General of CPC Sanya Committee led a delegation taking initiative to contact with the Beijing Olympics Committee, through which to understand situation of the event, and display the characteristics of Hainan Island in an aim to seek for cut-in point of cooperation.

The 57th Miss World Final
The 57th Miss World beauty pageant will be held on Dec. 1st,2007 in Sanya, The resort city played host to the competition from 2003 to 2005.
Julia Morley, chairman of the Miss World Organization said her organization and Li Boqing, vice mayor of Sanya, signed the agreement on Friday.
Sanya is a stop on the torch relay for the 2008 Beijing Summer Olympics, and together with the return of the beauty pageant can spark people's enthusiasm for the Olympic Games, said Li.
The 1st Mr World Final
Exactly one year after winning after winning the Mr Spain contest, Juan Garcia has scooped the prestigious title of Mr World 2007. The most desirable man of the world hails from Malaga in southern Spain and lives in the capital Madrid.
Juan trained long and hard to achieve this peak of excellence, including three months of exercise, rest and abstinence from alcohol not easy for a sommelier. The lucky Spaniard now begins a reign of charitable work and travel.

Antony is an Australian who has lived in China for over 20 years, thus is truly “an export of China? Before he came to La Floret, Antony has been striving for business in Shanghai.
