Hainan Carnival is an annual comprehensive international public festival. It is also a large-scale business and tourism promotion activity.

It is sponsored by the National Tourism Administration and Hainan provincial government.

During the Carnival, there are some tourisms and cultural activities hosted in major cities and counties across the province.

The festival features the beautiful surroundings the area has, like the tropical sun, sea, smooth sandy beaches as well as folk custom and ethnic art.
